Patient Services Specialist 2

UW Medicine Montlake Oto, Head and Neck Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2. Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) Day Shift. Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging.
  • Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments.
  • Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.
  • Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery.
  • Other duties as requested.

Requirements:

  • High school graduation or equivalent AND one year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR an equivalent combination of education/experience.
