Handles all incoming telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner; transfers calls to appropriate person(s) within the clinic or takes detailed messages. Schedules patient appointments in-person at the reception desk or over the telephone. Also provides training, orientation and education of staff.

Required Qualifications: 1 year customer service experience involving a high volume telephone environment and extensive computer usage/experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Ambulatory clinic experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
