Requirements:

  • 1--3 years of proven success in outside sales, cold calling, phone sales, customer service or business development preferred.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (territory travel Kitsap-Jefferson-Clallam required).

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect relentlessly. You'll spend your days meeting business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers, face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Own your territory. You'll build a book of business by knocking on doors, cold calling, and developing relationships across your assigned area.
  • Uncover pain points. You'll learn each company's challenges in hiring, retention, and productivity, then connect them with the right Express solutions.
  • Follow a proven process. You'll use Express's structured sales system to manage your pipeline, track activity, and drive measurable results.
  • Celebrate wins. You'll see the direct impact of your efforts in every new client partnership you create.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Base Salary starts at $40,000 + Commission & Incentives. No cap on commission.
  • Mileage reimbursement - $200 monthly Health Reimbursement Account
  • Retirement Account Match at 3%
  • 1 Week Paid Time Off in the 1st year and 2 each year after plus 10 paid holidays

Schedule:

Regular schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, some evening or weekend occasionally for events, networking or training.
