As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire Portland market, supervising daily operations to ensure a safe work environment throughout the shift.
Safely operate and maintain company vehicles as required for the job.
Manage department budget, track expenses, and seek cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all traffic laws.
Monitor team performance and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met by all team members.
Develop and improve processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Motivate team members to achieve company goals.
Assist with cross-training on new equipment for specific job sites.
Build and retain relationships with existing and new customers.

The company manages industrial cleaning and spill response services for numerous paper and pulp mills in the Pacific Northwest, as well as major oil and manufacturing companies in the Portland Metro area. The standard shift is from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, though flexibility is required based on the work schedule and meetings. Some on-call time may be necessary. Travel up to 25% of the time is expected depending on job site locations, with a company vehicle and gas card provided.
This is a Permanent position based out of Longview, Washington.
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
