A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Mfg. Operations Analyst. Position Type: Full-Time Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Everett, WA Shift: 2nd Shift (02:30 pm - 11:00 pm EST)

As a "Mfg. Operations Analyst" you will:

• Lead complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes, and tools to implement the Client Production System for internal or external customers. Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
• Analyze and interpret data.
• Provide feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
• Work with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Work at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

Required skills/qualifications:

• Airplane system understanding, ability to teach gen2 classes
• Hydraulics, avionics, fight controls understanding
