A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst 5. As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst 5 you will:

• Train less experienced employees in group leadership and facilitation skills.
• Coordinate complex activities across multiple functions and outside organizations to maintain and improve operational efficiency in support of enterprise operations.
• Identify and mitigate the impact of changes on the production system.
• Lead teams to conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyze and interpret data.
• Provide feedback on assessment results and identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
• Lead organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives. Works under consultative direction.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• 10+ years of experience with assembly and structures manufacturing.
• 10+ years of experience with sheet metal assemblies, drilling, countersinking, riveting, and fastener installation.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources.

Plusses:

• Experience with coaching one or more individuals at a time and providing feedback.
• Understanding, interpreting, and delivering specific process driven instruction based on feedback from Manufacturing Operations and Quality.
• Works well in a collaborative team environment.
• Has the ability to adjust course in a dynamic shop floor manufacturing environment.
• Completed a blueprint reading class.

Pay Range: $65 to $73 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
