A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer. Position Type: Full-Time Contract Duration: 6 months Location: Everett, WA

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will:

• Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
• Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
• Develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintain the program architecture for build.
• Lead and implement manufacturing plans.
• Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
• Assist in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
• Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
• Resolve technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
• Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
• Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
• Implement lean principles and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Engineering degree or equivalent with 5+years of experience
• Producibility
• Design reviews - Layout and drawing reviews
• Catia/Enovia and 2D drawing
• Development program experience
• IVT
• Specs and standards

Completed ME school Preferred Skills:

• Supply chain
• Tooling
• Program start-up
