Manager, Deals Transaction Services
Help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets. Support companies to originate, create, execute, and realize value from deals. Assist clients to move in the right direction through analysis of financial data, ensuring maximum value for their company. Support companies to navigate the accounting and financial reporting challenges of business combinations. Work with developing roadmaps of the driving economic objectives, determining the appropriate professionals needed, and considering financial reporting implications for deals. Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Supervise and coach teams. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. The salary range is $178,000 - $206,000/year, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
- Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Analyzing and researching financial performance data to build financial valuation models of business transactions
- Designing and developing key findings reports for senior leadership, client personnel, and team members using data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBi, QlikView or Excel
- Creating, managing, and utilizing high performance relational and NoSQL databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Alteryx, Oracle, Microsoft Access, OLAP or similar software
- Implementing deal-focused solutions through financial data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
- 80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
- Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
