Logistics Service Representative

A prominent food and beverage company in South Seattle is seeking to hire five Logistics Service Representatives for a six-month contract. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a Fortune 500 firm. Responsibilities include processing and managing customer orders, coordinating with carriers and warehouses, maintaining accurate logistics records, responding to inquiries, identifying and escalating service disruptions, supporting continuous improvement efforts, keeping current on portfolio products, and maintaining regular attendance.

Essential Skills: Support, Data entry, Customer support, Microsoft Office proficiency, Inbound call handling, Warehouse management system (WMS), ServiceNow ticketing, Customer service experience, Call center experience, Logistics coordination, CRM and ERP system knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of working experience.

Work Environment: A collaborative team setting, although the majority of the tasks will be performed independently.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
