Logistics Service Representative

Join a prominent food and beverage firm in South Seattle as a Logistics Service Representative. This role offers a six-month contract opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their resume and gain experience with a Fortune 500 company.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across systems and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to support shipment scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and update systems with shipment and order status to ensure visibility and compliance.
• Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.
• Identify and escalate service disruptions or order discrepancies to senior team members for resolution.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
• Stay current on all portfolio products and related updates, including offerings, shipping procedures, and promotions, to ensure accurate and informed customer support.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance to ensure consistent service and team reliability.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience.
• Proficiency in data entry and customer support.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ServiceNow ticketing.
• Strong customer service and call center experience.
• Logistics and CRM experience.
• ERP system proficiency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work independently for the majority of tasks.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
