The Lead Principal Engineer, Plant Design Integration role, part of the Plant Design Integration team, will lead and support the development and maintenance of the Natrium Reactor Plant architecture and programs and facilitate integration of complex technical areas that span between design, analysis, licensing, and testing to ensure that the Natrium Reactor Plant meets their stakeholder, regulatory, operations, and commercial objectives. The Lead Principal Engineer, Plant Design Integration should have a strong technical background to provide technical oversight over nuclear design and analysis efforts and apply systems engineering principles to manage complex subject matter. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate teamwork across multiple engineering disciplines and project organizations, and should be comfortable with making technical decisions that have broad impact to the Natrium Reactor Plant Architecture.

• Develop, manage, maintain, and integrate plant level requirements and specification documents for integration with plant design activities
