Alaska Airlines interns join teams throughout different departments and work on visible projects that impact our guests and business. Interns also get the opportunity to network with fellow employees and company leaders through various intern events and programming. Interns receive unlimited standby travel benefits during their internship. This internship is for summer 2026. Our internships are full-time for 12 weeks, and we offer two program timelines to align with different academic calendars. The internship can be located in either SeaTac, WA or Honolulu, HI. If not already in the internship city, candidates will be required to relocate for the duration of the internship. Candidates will be asked to note their preferred location at time of application.
