As a Lakeside Service Technician, you'll be part of a disciplined, organized service team focused on profitability through excellence - diagnosing accurately, communicating clearly, and delivering five-star service every time. You'll: service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients; communicate system issues, solutions, and options with confidence and clarity; perform warranty work and complete documentation accurately; participate in training to stay sharp and grow in our tier system; maintain a clean truck, workspace, and safety standards; represent Lakeside with honesty and professionalism in every interaction.
What we're looking for: 2+ years in HVAC service; 06A trainee license and EPA 608 Universal; NATE preferred; heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, diagnostics, and repair proficiency; reliable, motivated, organized, and customer-focused; familiarity with digital tools (iPad, CRM, job tracking software).
