Hr Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing various human resources functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws by monitoring regulations and updating HR policies accordingly.
  • Handle daily office administration tasks to support smooth business operations.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 with bonus potential.

Requirements:

  • ** Must be fluent in Mandarin

  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting and managing the hiring process.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and practices.
  • Experience planning employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing office operations.
