 
                                                
                                            As an HR Assistant in the Employment Services unit of Human Resource Services, you will perform a variety of duties in support of human resource operations and employment compliance for the WSU Vancouver Campus and other assigned areas within the WSU system. While applying established human resources, policies, and procedures for multiple employee types, you will serve as the main point of contact for a variety of recruitment related activities, including but not limited to background check processing, reviewing and preparing job postings, and fielding questions from hiring personnel and applicants. Your work will require maintaining and ensuring a confidential environment at all times. While WSU Vancouver is primarily supported by an onsite Senior HR Consultant and HR Assistant, you will be part of the university wide Human Resource Services team with colleagues and support available at all WSU campuses.
This is a full-time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. This position is located on the WSU Vancouver campus in Vancouver, Washington. After completing an initial training period, the selected applicant may be eligible for hybrid remote work one day per week based on operational needs.
Monthly Salary:
