Responsible for overseeing Guest Services staff, assigning duties, and ensuring all team members provide exceptional customer service. This role handles guest-related incidents, ensures guests are aware of venue policies, and maintains accurate reporting standards. The ideal candidate will support team operations and manage break schedules, while upholding a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.

Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more.
