Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The marketing team is looking for a talented and passionate individual to lead our global B2B marketing team. Jobs like this don't come along often. You'll be a key part of the team establishing Kuiper as a trusted and loved global brand and force in the global connectivity market for mid-sized to large businesses. You'll oversee B2B acquisition and field marketing in multiple markets around the globe driving the campaigns and customer evidence that fuel the sales pipeline; Partner Marketing where you'll establish the global strategy, help establish the programs, and drive the motion to sell to, through and with an ecosystem of partners around the world; lifecycle marketing where you'll craft the onboarding and retention journeys that ensure customers are staying and deepening their relationships with us over time; and executive engagement, including running Kuiper's Executive Briefing Center, CEO Council, industry analyst relations program, and partnership with AWS. Your team will partner closely with Integrated Marketing to create global media plans and brand and social media campaigns and execute sponsorships that help establish Kuiper as a top of mind choice for business and communications decision makers. And you'll partner with Product Marketing to drive the content that fuels sales success. You'll also lead the team's innovation agenda, including how create brand fame with new moves that deliver exceptional customer value. Kuiper is an early-stage business. As such, hiring great talent, career development, and mentorship are essential for this role as you build the global team. Adaptability to changing team needs, market conditions, and external factors is critically important, as is the ability to partner and collaborate closely with cross-Amazon teams and external partners.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $232,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
