General Labor – Trades Helper

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Location: Everett

This is an entry-level role, and everyone is welcome to apply, regardless of prior shipyard experience.

Job Overview:

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers and Trades Helpers. This role supports skilled tradespeople in ship repair and marine maintenance tasks, contributing to efficient and safe operations in a dynamic shipyard environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cable pulling and basic electrical tasks.

• Support general labor operations in shipyard and marine repair settings.

• Aid tradespeople with various maintenance and repair duties.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with cable pulling and electrical support work.

• General labor experience, preferably in shipyard or industrial settings.

• Ability to work in outdoor, shop, and shipboard environments.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
