We're currently hiring Guest Service Representatives that may rotate shifts: days, swings, and night audit. This position will primarily be day and swing shift. This structure ensures that every team member gets to connect with guests during all parts of their stay—and helps keep things fresh and balanced.
What You'll Do As a Guest Service Representative, you'll be the face of NGIS—greeting guests, supporting their needs, and ensuring they have a comfortable, worry-free stay. Your role will include:
