Provide technical support for aircraft pilot seats by repairing and maintaining them. This role involves removing and replacing various mechanical, electrical, and upholstery components using hand and occasionally power tools. Follow computerized component maintenance manuals and occasionally travel to aircraft factories for installations, removals, or troubleshooting. Engage with customers and collaborate with the home office engineering and technical support staff to address and resolve issues efficiently.

Work Environment:
This role is based at the main facility in Kent, featuring a large workspace with a loading dock, open area for seat storage, parts inventory, and multiple workstations. Occasionally, work may be required on-site at aircraft factories, accessible via a company van. The workload varies, with flexible hours from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and rare on-call weekends. Training and mentorship are provided, with a stable 40-hour workweek.
