The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Experienced Software Engineer for Phantom Works Open C2 and Autonomy to support our TPSE II Software Development team located in Tukwila, Washington. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet customer requirements. This role involves close collaboration with the customer, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders, including the Boeing Program Manager and Chief Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full life cycle software practices and system architecture with the ability to obtain TS/SCI + SAP clearance. Closed area work and travel to customer sites may be required.
As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate within the software development team (internal and suppliers), fostering a productive and innovative environment. You will help analyze customer requirements, decompose requirements into actionable tasks, and actively participate in program increment planning and agile ceremonies. Implementing and adhering to agile methodologies will be crucial to ensure efficient and effective software development processes.
