Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a resourceful and proactive individual with an established history of high performance who wants to work in a fast-paced organization. The Seattle-based role will support two Directors in our Amazon Pharmacy Operations team. This EA will be responsible for understanding business priorities, will react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and will proactively solve problems. Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives and external stakeholders is a given.
Key job responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, creating a positive team environment and coordinating domestic/international travel.
A day in the life will involve working 5 days a week in the office. Basic qualifications include 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience, and a high school or equivalent diploma. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience leading process improvements, experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, and experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
