This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's Blue Moon landers and related products. This role is part of the Lunar Transportation business unit, which develops Blue Origin's multiple Blue Moon lander product lines. To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. As part of a diverse and hardworking team of engineers and program managers, you will ensure that Flight Software, GN&C, and Avionics & Comms products get delivered on time to meet our commitments for the Blue Transporter vehicle within the Lunar Permanence organization. With your help we will quantitatively manage our scope by presenting status, risks & opportunities, variances, and recovery plans to engineering and program management. You will be hands on with the team leading the execution of an agile process for week-to-week planning and tracking. You will serve in a scrum master role bringing agile development methods to drive efficiency in the team's execution. You will be responsible for the programmatic key performance metrics (cost, schedule, risk) and maintaining alignment between the program level plan and our team's day to day execution. You will work directly with NASA and our National Team Partners as part of the Human Landing System (HLS) Sustaining Lunar Development (SLD) program. You will play a key role in developing the Lunar Permanence system that will return humans to the Moon and extend human presence permanently beyond the bounds of Earth.
