The Reality-Labs Research hardware team is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to help bring cutting-edge experiences and hardware to life through collaboration and commitment. In our research projects, we will push the boundaries of computer vision and machine perception with sensors, hardware, firmware, drivers, and software. To make this possible, we need a well-rounded team that nurtures kinship, fosters good communication, and is sympathetic to the challenges.
You will cooperate with other engineers and researchers in this role to design, build, and test prototype hardware and experiences. You will be collaborating and contributing at a technical level and guiding the efforts of team members who will support you. You will work with hardware ranging from small microcontrollers to large-scale System On Chip devices. You will be part of the team working on hardware bring-up, debugging designs, and supporting the end users of your work.

Public Compensation: $117,000/year to $173,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
