The Director of Finance will serve as the financial business partner for the Services group. This position will provide functional leadership in driving financial results, performance analysis and timely closing and reporting per the corporate closing schedule. The position will support the Services P&Ls, leading implementation in best practices and constant improvement in financial reporting to business leaders. The Finance Director will ensure that all financial and accounting policies are consistently and accurately implemented and reported with strict adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Years of Experience: 8+ years Field of Expertise: Accounting or Finance Preferred Education & Experience Minimum Education Level: Master's Certificates: certified public accountant, or certified management accountant. Years of Experience: 12+ years Other Preferred Skills, Licenses, & Certificates: Progressively responsible positions with a demonstrated track record of accountability and achievement. Strong managerial presence that reflects a hands on, participative operating style. Strong planning and organizational skills. Experience with various SAP and SAP Business Objects financial reporting tools preferred. Possess a high level of confidence combined with the ability to build strong internal relationships while maintaining a collaborative style.
