Location: West Coast Office, hybrid with requirement to go to a GHD office 3 days a week

What You Will Do

• Lead marketing automation initiatives to drive demand generation and growth using our MarTech ecosystem and multi-channel campaigns.
• Define and continuously refine list segmentation strategies and rules to ensure effective audience targeting and maximize activation of the marketable database.
• Create and improve campaigns, engagement studio nurtures and automations to feed into personas, lead scoring/grading rules, personalization and audience engagement programs.
• Optimise email campaigns to drive outstanding click-through rates, resulting in high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and contributing to pipeline growth.
• Help define, setup and administer systems and governance processes for successful marketing use of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Personalization and Advertising as well as integrations with Salesforce and other tools in the stack.
• Partner with marketing and IS teams to drive results, resolve marketing issues and support critical business initiatives.
• Test and manage consent management rules, related lists, and ongoing compliance.
• Administer email and audience management over and under-targeting rules, tag governance, folder structure, custom objects, ongoing clean-up and campaign naming conventions.
• Scope out new requirements for systems, integrations and process changes that will improve marketing's effectiveness. Test and rollout new changes to marketing.
• Lead and/or contribute to projects related to optimization of our MarTech stack, use of A.I. and future innovations.

Required Experience and Knowledge

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), with advanced skills in building and segmenting audiences.
• Salesforce certifications in Account Engagement and Sales Cloud are preferred.
• Advanced experience working with: Marketing automation and engagement platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Eloqua, Marketo CRM campaign automations, including building flows within Salesforce CRM Integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, Tibco Event and webinar platforms, ideally Eventbrite and ON24
• Good understanding of key MarTech tools, including: Personalisation tools, such as Adobe Target or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Power BI Adtech platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advertising Studio AI
