Position Summary: The Customer Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for their portfolio of assigned customers and programs in the military, commercial (OEM) and MRO aviation segments. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring orders are fulfilled according to established agreements. Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments-including Engineering, Production, Operations, Accounting, and Sales - the Customer Account Manager ensures seamless communication and high levels of external and internal customer success.
