Clinical Manager - Wraparound With Intensive Services (WISe) Program
Join our team as the Clinical Manager of the Wraparound With Intensive Services (WISe) program in Yakima, WA. The Clinical Manager of WISe is responsible for overseeing and supporting the Wraparound With Intensive Services (WISe) program at YVFWC, including five multidisciplinary teams of mental health therapists, care coordinators, and peer support specialists, in service of clients with complex behavioral health needs. The Clinical Manager will have full-program scope, including direct supervision of the WISe supervisory team, and oversight and overall direction of the program's work with youth and families in their home, school, and communities. The WISe Clinical Manager reports to the Behavioral Health Clinical Services Director.

What You'll Do:
- Supports staff growth and development. Assesses the educational and experience needs of all levels of staff, and addresses performance or behavior issues, clarifying expectations and providing feedback.
- Creates and maintains an inclusive work environment that respects diverse ideas, backgrounds, and styles.
- Creates a culture where information sharing, team-based resolutions, cross-training, and process improvements are encouraged.
- Serves as a key member of the program integrated leadership team with responsibility to ensure high quality customer service, support, and continual process improvement.
- Collaborates with organization leaders and external/system partners to develop the BHS programs.
- Designs, implements, and manages ongoing projects.
- Develops an annual fiscal year and capital equipment budget forecast.
- Participates in local, state, and federal efforts to improve service delivery and program effectiveness.
- Provides clinical review of records and analysis of adherence to grant and program requirements, objectives and goals.
- Consults with experts and conducts research to ensure services and programming remain current and reflect best practices.
- Initiates contact with managed care companies and/or DCYF to secure authorization for services.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related degree.
