Does that sound like you? The opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Business Operations Coordinator to our growing Engineering and Design division to provide excellent operational support. You will be an essential member of a warm and welcoming team, making everything run like clockwork. Additional responsibilities include:

• Project Coordination and Administration: Champion McKinstry processes and procedures to enhance business productivity. Provide administrative support including calendar management, schedule meetings, document action items, process administrative workflows, and provide general clerical and project support. Assist with project setup, monitor progress, process change orders, and prepare reports and documentation.
• Information Management: Maintain and update information in platforms like SharePoint, manage the flow of information to stakeholders, and ensure consistency in document usage.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and assist in developing improvements for operational processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Support the department with recurring tasks such as billing and month close.
• Cross-functional Relationships & Customer Satisfaction: Support efforts to ensure department goals are aligned with business unit and company goals. Provide excellent customer service and develop strong internal customer partnerships with key internal clients. Serve as back-up to other Business Operations teammates as needed.
• Communication: Communicate and coordinate with McKinstry internal resources to meet assigned deliverables. Participate in purposeful outreach and connecting to departments and regions. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed at McKinstry Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to learn quickly and build strong relationships. Experience providing business support in a large matrixed organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred. Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $33.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.
