AMZL Strategic Planning-Analytics Automation is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE), to lead the business analytics & automation in partnership with Data Scientists and Engineers (data, process). Our mission is to simplify analytics with innovative data products. This role is looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical, technical background to join our team as BIE II. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and supporting best-in-class business analytics solutions to help leadership make impactful business decisions. You will own the design, development of analytics solutions to support Topology Planning and Capacity Engineering functions. You will continue to raise the bar for creating scalable, efficient and automated processes for large-scale data analysis. Position requires excellent statistical, analytical abilities with deep knowledge of business intelligence solutions, data engineering and basic knowledge of Data Science. Successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail. They are able to collaborate with customers to transform business problems into technical/BIE requirements and deliverables. Your cross functional collaboration inspires your peers and stakeholders to produce the best BIE/Analytics experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $89,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
