Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Amergis Education Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervisory oversight to Behavior Technicians and deliver high-quality behavioral services to students in private school settings (K–12). Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior and educational assessments, developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies, training families, caregivers, and school staff to implement effective techniques, supervising and supporting Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment integrity, monitoring progress and evaluating treatment effectiveness, preparing written behavior interventions and support plans, and completing reports and documentation within established timeframes.

Qualifications include current BCBA certification (BACB), preferred experience in school-based settings, current CPR certification, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job details include location in Everett, WA, pay rate of $75 per hour, hours of 35 per week, start date of 01/12/2026, and a duration of 5 months.
