The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate Flight Test Engineer to join our team in Seattle, WA. We're looking for engineers who can function in a dynamic and exciting flight test environment. Our engineers plan and complete testing of Boeing commercial and military derivative aircraft to assure product safety, performance, and regulatory certification. Our engineers lead extensive test program efforts from creation of requirements through flight execution and reporting. We perform functions including test planning, configuration control, test conduct, as well as data collection and analysis. If you have experience with these functions in a flight test environment, we'd love you to join our team! This position will operate primarily out of Boeing Field in Seattle, Washington. There will be assignments that require occasional testing at local, domestic, and international sites for up to 2-4 weeks at a time. Travel will be required. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with changing requirements.
