Tanknology is the worldwide leader in environmental compliance solutions for petroleum systems. We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for our Woodinville, WA office to work directly with the Operations Manager in Field Services. This position involves multi-tasking to confirm the needs of the customers, creating technician work schedules, and following all State/Federal regulations to organize the technicians travel to and from the work site. The Assistant Operations Manager is one of the main points of contact for not only the Tanknology field technicians, but also the customers needing our services. The ideal candidate will have great customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to all levels, from customers through company Vice Presidents. This person will be very detail oriented and organized with moderate computer skills. Tanknology will train the selected candidate in company specific business practices.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling work orders and site visits
- Review technician reports
- Assist technician with issues and questions
- Interpret database information
- File reports
- Respond to customer requests
- Prepare notifications to Government Agencies
- Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 previous experience in scheduling or operations preferred, not a requirement.
- Experience dealing with customers or in a customer service position a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent
