As part of the Enterprise Data & AI team, you'll design and automate the systems that keep HackerOne running smoothly - freeing people to focus on strategy, creativity, and impact. In this role, you'll partner across the business to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions that power collaboration, streamline operations, and strengthen resilience. From integrating cutting-edge tools to shaping incident response, you'll be at the heart of building an AI-first enterprise.

Reporting to our Head of Data and located remotely in Seattle or D.C., this role offers the chance to help propel HackerOne forward as we scale with data and AI at our core. At HackerOne, we embrace a Flexible Work approach, enabling our team members to work remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration. We are seeking candidates located in Seattle, WA or Washington D.C., and the surrounding metropolitan areas, to facilitate occasional in-person interactions as needed. While the position is primarily remote, there will be periodic in-person requirements to support team collaboration and foster stronger connections. This approach ensures flexibility while providing opportunities to build meaningful in-person relationships that strengthen our team and company culture.
