AI Content Expert II

Amazon is looking for an AI Content Expert II to help with annotations, content generation, and data analysis. As part of the Data Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training data to improve and expand AGI's Large Language Models' (LLMs) capabilities. Key job responsibilities include creating and annotating high-quality complex training data, writing grammatically correct texts, performing audits and quality checks, making sound judgments and logical decisions, diving deep into issues and implementing solutions independently, and identifying and reporting tooling bugs and suggesting improvements.

Basic qualifications include a high-school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience working with written language data, strong proficiency in English, and a strong understanding of U.S.-based culture, society, and norms. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience with creating complex data for LLM training and evaluation, and familiarity with common markup languages and standard text formats.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $86,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
