HackerOne is seeking an AI Automation Engineer III on our Enterprise Data & AI team. As an AI Automation Engineer III, you'll work on challenging projects in collaboration with teams across the company. You'll achieve success with AI-first thinking, change agility, first-principles problem solving, and data-driven decision making. Leveraging your technological expertise, domain knowledge, and dedication to business objectives, you'll drive innovation to propel HackerOne forward. What You Will Do:

• Work on the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions that enhance and free HackerOnes from the endless stream of routine, manual, splinter-pulling tasks, e.g. writing meeting notes or updating spreadsheets, the ones that feel satisfying to check off simply because they relieve pain, not because they create strategic or transformative value.
• Act as a strategic partner to business and technology teams, translating operational needs into scalable, automated systems using leading AI and automation tools and frameworks.
• Support end-to-end automation project delivery, including solution design.
