Customer Success Manager / Account Manager

A large Aerospace company located in Tukwila, WA is currently hiring for a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager. This role will not involve any sales responsibilities, but will involve managing a current book of aerospace clients regarding process support, identifying and troubleshooting, collecting status, communicating changes, and meet quality and on-time delivery requirements. Base Pay - $38/hr. - $45/hr. (Depending on relevant qualifications met) Location - Tukwila, WA (100% Onsite) Schedule - Standard Morning Shift Monday - Friday 6-Month Contract-To-Hire.

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers. Responsible for managing progress, identifying and troubleshooting bottlenecks, collecting status, communicating changes and urgent needs, and facilitating cross-functional cooperation to meet quality and on-time delivery requirements. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Forecast and track key account metrics. Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed. Working with the internal production team to ensure parts are being worked on and can be delivered on time. Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Aerospace industry experience.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant customer success, customer relations, or aerospace program management experience involving customers and clients.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs (answering technical customer questions, making sure orders are in good standing, quote/order management...etc.)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • ERP experience (company uses Epicor).
  • Comfortability with Excel and working with Formulas.
  • Comfortable submitting to a drug test (THC) upon offer.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
