This role is focused on selling Service Agreements to commercial buildings, representing the skill and value of our technicians exceptional Commercial HVAC Maintenance Services. The Account Executive role reports to Kurt Gumerman, Inland NW Service Manager. The Account Executive will identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC service maintenance contracts by assessing customers' current cost of operations and then preparing and presenting customized sales proposals on how our services might reduce their costs. The Account Executive will also negotiate contract renewal increases or changes, form in-depth partnerships with customers to anticipate their needs, and promote and sell other services MacDonald-Miller offers if they would suit the customer's needs.
