Your Role:

Reimagine and implement the future of tech for the music industry

Work as part of a dynamic and highly effective team

Own the creation and delivery of highly innovative products

Learn and grow as a professional through close collaboration with your team members and engineering leaders, and by being part of a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Responsibilities:

Owning features through full development lifecycle, including design, creation, test, deployment, and maintenance

Writing clean, optimized and reusable code

Delivering work following established standards and best practices, such as test automation, test coverage, etc

Creating clear, comprehensive technical design documents

You take advantage of mentorship from more experienced engineers, and do not shy away from mentoring more junior engineers

About You:

You have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related field

You have at 3-5 years of work experience

You write maintainable code, and review code of your peers

You have experience writing design docs for your features, and serve as design reviewer for design docs of your peers

You write or refactor code with maintainability and optimization in mind, improve test coverage, and have sound judgment when making design tradeoff decisions. You also contribute high-quality code reviews.

You have a proven track record of shipping software features to in accordance with best practices around scalability, performance, and product quality

Your bias is towards action, and you always find ways to deliver better solutions more efficiently

You're an empathetic team member who works well in a team environment and communicates effectively
