The Staff, Strategy and Operations, will support the day-to-day operations and execution of AI and data initiatives across the enterprise. This individual will assist in the project governance of data and AI solutions into business processes, focusing on supporting performance management, project governance, and process improvements. The role will work closely with Senior Management and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of data and AI projects and that they deliver tangible business outcomes.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Execution of Data and AI Strategy: Support the identification and prioritization of key areas where AI and data can have the most significant impact, working with the cross-functional teams to address challenges. Help with communication and coordination between business and technology teams to ensure that AI and data initiatives align with business objectives Track Project Progress: Assist in ensuring data and AI projects stay on track according to established timelines and goals by managing progress updates and providing operational support. Help ensure alignment between the Enterprise data, AI, and technology teams, track milestones and progress towards common goals. Support business teams in identifying AI and data needs and ensure these initiatives are aligned with operational goals, digital transformation objectives, and overall business priorities. Encourage team members to adopt best practices when working with data and AI solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and operationalization across business units.
Performance Tracking & Metrics: Assist in the development of performance tracking systems and KPIs to monitor the success of data and AI initiatives. Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to track the impact of AI solutions on business operations.
Project Governance & Risk Management: Support project governance processes, ensuring that data and AI projects are delivered on time and within scope. Help identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring data security and compliance
Operational Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business units' needs are met and AI projects align with organizational goals. Assist in managing external vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient delivery of data and AI services.
Change Management Assistance: Assist in driving change management efforts to promote the adoption of AI-driven processes across the organization. Help facilitate training and awareness sessions to ensure end-users are equipped to utilize new tools and processes effectively.
Continuous Process Improvement: Help identify areas for continuous improvement within business processes, leveraging AI and data insights. Support the optimization of business processes post-implementation, ensuring AI and data projects continue to meet operational goals.
