LATAM Brand Marketing Manager – HBO Max
The LATAM Brand Marketing Manager – HBO Max plays a pivotal role in leading high-impact brand initiatives across Latin America. This position is responsible for the strategic execution of upper funnel campaigns, ensuring alignment across markets and cross-functional teams. The role also oversees reporting, guideline training, and regional brand consistency.
This manager will act as a connector between creative, media, local go-to-market (GTM), social, and PR teams, driving collaboration and ensuring campaigns are executed with excellence and in line with brand guidelines.
Your role accountabilities:
- Contribute to the long-term brand strategy across LATAM, building a unified identity that resonates with the region’s diverse cultural nuances.
- Lead the development and execution of complex brand campaigns focused on driving awareness and impact across LATAM.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-country coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently updated and adopted across all regional markets.
- Oversee internal processes to guarantee timely and efficient campaign delivery.
- Coordinate strategic reporting and post-campaign analysis, including insights and post-mortem evaluations.
- Serve as a key liaison between creative, media, GTM, social, and PR teams to ensure strategic alignment and integration.
- Coordinate earned media ideas, supporting stakeholders in development and rollout.
- Support peers and stakeholders with brand inputs, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in brand marketing, with a focus on large-scale, multi-market campaigns.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
- Strategic mindset with a keen ability to identify opportunities and drive impactful solutions.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in branding and media, with a deep understanding of LATAM markets.
- High level of agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear and confident interaction with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Other nice to have:
- Experience in regional/global projects involving coordination with international teams.
- Familiarity with brand tracking tools and campaign performance analysis.
- Experience mentoring and developing talent within marketing teams.
- Background in entertainment, media, or streaming industries is a plus.
