The Computer Systems Engineering/Technical Support team is responsible for managing the Windows and macOS Operating Systems, Hardware standards and policies for the enterprise user community. This will involve escalations from support, automation of workflows, scripting, Intune administration, Jamf administration, 3rd party software configuration and working side by side with the security and network teams to bring the best user experience to the user community.

Assist IT team members and staff across all offices with basic technology setup, troubleshooting, and support. Help manage and monitor Intune and Jamf environments under supervision, including basic troubleshooting and escalating complex issues. Support the deployment of workstation standards and application packages as directed by senior staff. Participate in routine tasks such as device enrollment, patching, and software updates for Windows and macOS devices. Learn to script and automate simple tasks for platform applications and policies. Document processes and contribute to IT knowledge base articles. Respond to basic system alerts, outages, and service requests, escalating as needed. Other duties as assigned to support the IT team.

Minimum High School diploma. 1+ years of Windows 10 and 11 experience in a support role. 1+ year of Intune experience (software packaging, profile deployment, imaging). 1+ years' experience with supporting and administrating macOS devices via Jamf. 1+ year of working with Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Knowledge of and the ability to diagnose issues with M365 apps for macOS and Windows. Understanding of Network Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NETBIOS, 802.1x, etc). Able to work with software developers when they need assistance and provide them with correct solutions and root cause analysis. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. A self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, yet at times, ambiguous environment. A hard-working team player, with a "no task, is too small" attitude Strong Customer Service mentality and multitasking ability. Proven ability to document issue resolution for IT knowledge base.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Stock

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years' experience in technology, system management and integration, process design, or related area.
