Position Summary...

As a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. This position requires a hands-on approach, operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment. Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings. Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures. Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation. Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment. Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.
