What You'll Do

Develop relationships with store leadership to understand pressure and friction points. Support field conference calls to educate and gain insights. Analyze data and develop guidance with low performing markets. At times will travel to problematic areas to help learn, teach and gain insights. Lead and execute complex projects and programs from planning to rollout. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend business solutions. Develop and implement operational tools and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of growth and belonging.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency. Experience in financial services or a related field. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects. Masters: Operations Management Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
