The Technician III, Facilities Maintenance, is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems. This role manages projects by coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. Collaborating with various teams and maintaining compliance with safety and company policies. The Technician III supports continuous improvement efforts, fosters strong working relationships, and contributes to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained facility environment aligned with organizational standards and goals.
About the team: The Facilities Maintenance team is dedicated to ensuring the upkeep and safety of exterior structures and outdoor areas. This team handles preventive maintenance and minor repairs on various elements such as roofing, sidewalks, signage, and outdoor furniture. They coordinate efforts to maintain clean, functional, and safe environments, including snow removal and debris management. Team members collaborate closely to support facility operations, manage projects efficiently, and uphold company standards. Their work contributes to a well-maintained and welcoming space for all users, emphasizing reliability, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
What you'll do: Maintaining and repairing areas and equipment. Maintaining worksite according to company policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety measures. Lead and support teams by coordinating work assignments, providing feedback, and promoting compliance with policies and procedures.
What you'll bring: You have strong communication skills. Construction experience, concrete repair skills. You have equipment operating knowledge i.e. forklift. Skid steer, scissor lift, excavator, boom lift etc. Basic computer knowledge and able to enter, edit, and update workorder information into our ticketing system. Able to work in inclement weather, both hot and cold. Ability to work at heights.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6 AM to 2.30 PM

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
