What You'll Do

Design and implement reliability programs and governance for maintenance sites. Partner with site leaders to deliver training, facilitate root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions. Lead strategic initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize equipment reliability. Develop and manage reporting on key performance metrics and cost savings. Deploy tools and processes for continuous improvement and measurable impact.

What You'll Bring

Deep expertise in TPM, reliability, and maintenance leadership. Expertise in TPM reliability program design, training, and execution. Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and root cause analysis. Experience with AI and analytic software tools. Ability to lead change, improve processes, and collaborate across engineering, maintenance, and operations. Demonstrated success in leading change and cross-functional collaboration. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Technical related field (e.g., Controls, Electrical) and 4 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field OR 8 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Supervisory experience Bachelors: Computer Engineering Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
