This position offers a 4-day, 10-hour workweek and requires availability for at least one weekend day and holidays.
In this role, you will use Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Tableau daily to monitor network performance, manage disruptions, and communicate clear findings. You will conduct root cause analysis to drive corrective actions and support day-to-day operations, including escalations and standardized reporting. The team provides mentorship, an open-door environment, and defined growth paths. Weekend and holiday coverage is required. You will have opportunities to advance within Walmart, and you will have the tools and learning resources to continue developing your analytics and operations skills.
We are the Network Operations Center (NOC) for the Last Mile Delivery where we monitor and manage disruptions to mitigate network performance degradation. We partner with various stakeholders to build and improve processes.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years' experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.
