Manager, Revenue Operations Scaled Services, Enablement and Support

The Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects will drive operational excellence and strategic transformation within Enablement & Support (E&S). This role connects leadership strategy to operational execution by identifying, prioritizing, and managing initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality across the E&S ecosystem. The ideal candidate is an operations-minded strategist who thrives in ambiguity, uses data to identify opportunities, and leads structured improvement efforts that elevate both customer and associate experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in AdTech, program operations, or related technology environments.
  • Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes at scale.
  • Strong collaborator with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in program or project management, with the ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to translate insights into strategic and operational recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigating ambiguity.
  • Self-starter who is curious, proactive, and unafraid to challenge the norm.
  • Familiarity with structured improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, digital media/advertising, or related area and 2 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
  • Option 2: 4 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years' experience in account management.
  • 3 years' experience in customer-facing role.
  • 3 years' experience in digital media.
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, communication, digital media/advertising or related area and 1 year's experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
  • With CRM.
