Join us as the Director of Data Analytics, where you'll lead transformative analytics initiatives across our financial services business. In this high-impact role, you'll turn complex datasets into actionable insights and partner with senior leaders to drive business strategy. As a key leader, you'll help set the vision for scalable analytics and ensure our data practices align with company goals.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze large, complex financial datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and engineering stakeholders to inform business strategy.
  • Oversee the design and execution of experiments, data pipelines, and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Identify and validate data sources, ensuring data quality and fit-for-purpose analytics.
  • Formulate and solve business problems using advanced analytics, automation, and big data techniques.
  • Mentor team members and engage with the external analytics community to advance best practices and innovation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on financial services or fintech.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL (large datasets, optimization).
  • Expertise in dashboard design and data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with data quality assessment, data governance, and scalable data management.
  • Ability to challenge business assumptions, quantify business impact, and influence data strategy across functions.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 5 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 7 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. 2 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Data science, data analysis, statistics, or related field, PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Related industry experience (for example, retail, merchandising, healthcare, eCommerce), Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (for example, SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau), Supervisory experience
