Ready to lead the charge in perfecting the flow of goods from supplier to store, driving operational excellence, and inspiring teams across the network? As Director, Business Support, you'll be the strategic force behind end-to-end supply chain performance, partnering with suppliers, carriers, field teams, and cross-functional leaders to deliver on our customer promise. Your leadership will empower planners, Workforce Management, and senior managers to achieve divisional goals and build a culture of continuous improvement.

Our supply chain operates 24/7, adapting to seasonal business needs. Your schedule will flex to meet the demands of our dynamic network.

What You'll Do:

  • Champion supply chain flow: Resolve escalations, analyze multi-source data, and drive network efficiency to ensure every product reaches our customers seamlessly.
  • Be the primary partner: Set expectations with suppliers and carriers, conduct audits, manage quarterly scorecards, and advise senior leadership on provider selection.
  • Optimize every link: Balance sales, inventory, in-stock, and profit by surfacing exceptions and coordinating cross-functional solutions.
  • Guide field execution: Set operational standards, address service gaps, and lead cost reduction and lean practices for suppliers and carriers.
  • Lead with impact: Direct divisional planners, Workforce Management, and senior managers—prioritizing work, removing barriers, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team.
  • Deliver divisional projects: Uphold company values, ethics, compliance standards, and our Open Door culture while executing business plans.
  • Make decisions on flow optimization, supplier/carrier performance, escalation management, and divisional project prioritization
  • Recommend process changes and corrective actions to improve network performance.
  • Allocate resources and direct teams to ensure successful execution.

You'll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If:

  • You're a visionary leader who thrives on optimizing complex networks.
  • You're a bold communicator who empowers teams with clarity and kindness.
  • You're passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • You build strong partnerships and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
  • You're energized by challenges and ready to make an impact at Fortune 1 scale.

You'll Make An Impact By:

  • Elevating quality: Support the transition to a horizontal, enterprise-wide quality function.
  • Strengthening partnerships: Align with Divisional Operations Managers as accountability for variance and inventory control shifts, ensuring corrective actions drive service ownership.
  • Expanding your leadership: Oversee planners, Workforce Management, and senior managers on divisional strategic projects.
  • Driving alignment: Work closely with DOMs and Divisional Vice Presidents to meet divisional expectations for service, variance, and flow.
